Code Review administration guide

As an administrator, you are responsible for installing and maintaining the Klocwork deployment. Your job is to perform the tasks that are crucial to the day to day usage of the product. For example, configuring the mail server so that users will receive email notifications of comments, actions, and reviews. You are also responsible for maintaining permission policies to ensure that users are restricted to only those projects for which they have the appropriate authorization.
