Checkers
Klocwork checkers scour your source code for defects and potential vulnerabilities. At the most basic level, checkers provide the logic that drives the Klocwork analysis. See the following sections below for information about individual checkers and standards that Klocwork supports.
We currently offer three different support levels for our checkers, as follows:
- Support Level 1:
Klocwork Certified - These are checkers we ensure are qualified to be used in functional safety related software development. - Support Level 2:
Klocwork Supported - These checkers are tested regularly and monitored closely for regressions. - Support Level 3:
Community - These are checkers that are developed by the Klocwork community and have not been tested or validated internally. Use these at your own risk.
