Error 1723: There is a problem with this Windows installer package

If you attempt to install Klocwork and receive the following error:

Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

This means that you need to download and install the runtime components for Visual C++ Libraries. You can download them here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/releases/2019/redistribution

After you have downloaded and installed these components, the installation package will work as expected.
