Using a build specification template with kwcheck

  1. Import the build specification template (mandatory extension: .tpl) into the integration project. See Managing configuration files for integration projects.

Steps 2 and 3 are not required if the build specification template contains only the kwpsroot variable.

  2. Inform developers of the variables they must replace.
  3. Developers map the variables in the template to local paths with the command kwcheck set-var.
  4. Developers run a Klocwork analysis. Because of the connection to the integration project, the build specification template is automatically retrieved and used.
