Unable to start or check the Klocwork Servers because of LDAP error

If you see the error message "Not able to set usermanager: Not able to get information from LDAP server", your LDAP administrator password has probably changed.

Update the password with kwauthconfig.

  1. From the command line, type: kwauthconfig
  2. Confirm the projects_root location.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. Click Next until you see the "LDAP principal user name and password" screen.
  5. Update your password.
