Kwauthconfigw
kwauthconfigw is a Windows command that allows users to launch the Klocwork Security Configuration tool.
Usage
kwauthconfigw <projects_root>
Examples
kwauthconfigw C:\Klocwork\projects_root
The above command opens the Klocwork Security Configuration tool for the specified projects_root directory.
Options
Name | Description |

--verbose | print verbose information about program execution, which can help to troubleshoot errors |
--log-config | allows you to specify a custom log file path. When this option is not passed, log file is created in a temp directory. |
Using the Klocwork Security Configuration tool
You can use the Klocwork Security Configuration tool for the following purposes:

Select an access control method for Klocwork (equivalent to
user.manager
property in admin.conf): Choose from Basic, NIS, LDAP, or Modern Just-in-Time and Modern pre-provisioned (release 2024.2 or higher) -
Enable SSL by providing your organization's host name

Enable smart card client authentication

Configure your IdP metadata for SAML or OpenID Connect (release 2024.2 or higher):

Set a projects-root admin user (equivalent to
init.admin.name
property in admin.conf) -
Edit configuration properties. For example configuration parameters, refer to Setting up SAML access control or Setting up OIDC access control.
