Windows のインストール後に Klocwork サーバーを起動できない

Windows で Validate パッケージをインストールした後に、次のいずれかのメッセージが表示される場合:

• Error 1920.Service Klocwork 26.4 Server (Klocwork 26.4 Server) failed to start.Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

• Service Klocwork 26.4 License Server failed to start.See installation log for more details.

以前のバージョンの Klocwork サーバーや Klocwork ライセンスサーバーが Klocwork 2026.1 のインストール時に指定したポートで実行されていることが考えられます。同じポートで 2 つのバージョンのサーバーを実行することはできません。

kwservice set-service-property を使用して、Klocwork サーバーや Klocwork ライセンスサーバー用の異なるポート番号を設定してからサーバーを起動する必要があります。
