Windows でのインストール後に Validate サーバーを起動できない

Windows で Validate パッケージをインストールした後に、次のいずれかのメッセージが表示される場合:

• Error 1920. Service Klocwork 26.3 Server (Klocwork 26.3 Server) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

• Service Klocwork 26.3 License Server failed to start. See installation log for more details.

以前のバージョンの Klocwork サーバーや Klocwork ライセンスサーバーが Klocwork 2026.3 のインストール時に指定したポートで実行されていることが考えられます。同じポートで 2 つのバージョンのサーバーを実行することはできません。

validate service set-service-property を使用して、Klocwork サーバーや Klocwork ライセンスサーバー用の異なるポート番号を設定してから、サーバーを起動する必要があります。
