Emitted when a dict key is not hashable (i.e. doesn't define hash method).

Noncompliant Code:

numbers = [1, 2, 3]
data[numbers] = len(numbers)
print(data)

Compliant Code:

Copy
numbers = (1, 2, 3)
data[numbers] = len(numbers)
print(data)
