Consider using max builtin

Using the max builtin instead of a conditional improves readability and conciseness.

Noncompliant Code:

Copy
def get_max(value1, value2):
    if value1 < value2:
        value1 = value2
    return value1

print(get_max(1, 2))

Compliant Code:

Copy
print(max(1, 2))
