Are you upgrading from a previous release?

Upgrading to a newer version of Validate is a simple process. Depending on your current installation scenario, you can choose from one of two different upgrade options:
  • importing your projects and configuration settings, or
  • migrating your projects_root directory

Installing Validate

On Windows, the Validate server is installed using a wizard. The wizard helps you to configure your license server and to define the location of your projects_root directory. Once you've installed the Validate server, you must deploy the desktop analysis plug-ins to your users.
